Meadows is looking for a Youth Director!

Meadows Presbyterian Church is a warm, intergenerational congregation of approximately 250 members in Charlottesville, VA. Our vision is to be a joyful, Christ-centered church where all belong, grow as disciples and rise to live out God's love!

We are seeking a Youth Director with a passion for inspiring youth (grades 6-12) to explore, and grow in, a living faith as disciples of Jesus Christ.

We’re looking for someone with a
genuine love for Jesus and experience in youth ministry. The ideal candidate is relational, energetic, and skilled at creating safe spaces for honest questions, fellowship, and spiritual growth.

This position is currently
envisioned to be part-time at 20–32 hours/week,depending
on the needs and availability of the right candidate. This could be an excellent fit for a recent college graduate considering seminary or exploring a call to vocational ministry. We offer a flexible compensation package and are committed to providing the support and resources you need to thrive in ministry.
