Have you ever felt like your prayers are hitting the ceiling? You keep asking, hoping, and waiting, but nothing seems to be moving.

👉🏽 What if the goal was never just getting an answer?

Jesus said, "Abide in me." The power of prayer doesn't come from finding the right words. It comes from staying connected to the One who gives life. So many of us want God's direction, God's peace, and God's provision, but we try to pursue those things without pursuing Him.

Instead of focusing on what you're asking God to do, focus on simply being with Him. The greatest thing God does through prayer isn't changing your circumstances. It's changing you. 🙏🏽

What comes first in your life? Before your job, title, politics, accomplishments, role as a parent, spouse, student, or leader, you are a child of God. 🧡

When we forget that, everything else starts to get out of order. We begin filtering God's Word through our opinions, preferences, and priorities instead of allowing God's Word to shape them!

When your identity as a child of God comes first, everything else begins to fall into its proper place. Amen?

Have you ever regretted something you said? Some of us don't have a speaking problem. We have a silence problem in the wrong places.

Our words reveal what has captured our hearts. A genuine encounter with Jesus changes what comes out of us. It changes our conversations, our priorities, and the things we can't stop talking about.

Maybe this week the answer isn't saying more. Maybe it's speaking less about everything else and spending more time talking to God and about God. What's filling your conversations these days? 🤍
