🌸Healthy Habits, Healthy Hearts🌸
We are only on the second week and we are having a blast as we come together every MONDAY at 6:00. We are STRENGTHENING new friendships, SHARING nutritional and spiritual wellness insights, LAUGHING and CRYING together, MOVING to the music, and continuing to BUILD UP one another (not tear down). We are reminded of who GOD SAYS WE ARE (don’t you believe the devil’s lies, BUT believe your creator). You are LOVED, you are STRONG, you are HEALED, ADOPTED, you have a PURPOSE , you are HOPEFUL, you are made WHOLE, you are WORTH the high price that was paid for you by the blood of Jesus Christ that was shed, you are CHOSEN , YOU ARE HIS. You are a daughter of the King! Because He created us He put a longing and a thirst in us that only He can quench, water is nourishment to our physical body and we cannot go too long without, BUT so much more is Christ, the Living Water for our soul, nourishing and refreshing us spiritually, fulfilling us in a way nothing of this world can and He brings us eternal life when we give our heart to Him and drink of this Living Water. Come join us every Monday night 6:00, make new friends, come and be encouraged spiritually, emotionally and physically. One stop shop each week, we even have healthy snacks. Bring a friend!

Nine beautiful women attended our first weekly gathering. It was a blessed time of meeting new friends, sharing hearts, encouraging each other and more. Come join us every Monday at 6:00.

Together, we are building a community of women where we can grow healthier physically, stronger spiritually, and more encouraged emotionally.
