No formal service this Sunday (no bulletins, etc), no Sunday school
however I will lead an informal gathering for those who wish to come and can do so safely. We will sing from hymnals, pray, and I will preach (not from 1 Timothy). Starting at 11AM.

Please DO NOT come if your roads are at all hazardous or if falling would put you at increased risk

Between the street parking and whats been cleared in the lot, I think we can safely park a dozen cars, which I think would be enough, but it would be helpful if you let me know if you plan to come.

The Livestream will be available on Facebook as usual for those who are staying home!

-- Announcing that there will be no service this Sunday due to the winter storm
- ⁠The installation service will take place on next Sunday, Feb 1

- for the sake of those handling music, bulletins, etc, I've also decided it's best to go ahead and decide that there will be no regular service, either. However, if for some reason things change and roads are clear and some of you would like to gather informally, I am open to that. So we can be in touch if we wake up Sunday morning to no snow

- ⁠But assuming we will be in our homes instead, I wanted to suggest to all of you as an alternative the following sermon to listen to online. It's called Ten Shekels and a Shirt by Paris Reidhead and is a classic sermon that emphasizes the importance of being God-centered in our Christian lives. I hope it blesses you as it did me
