Sam Nadler writes about "the completeness of sin" on page 181 of his commentary on Romans, Volume 1:
2️⃣3️⃣⚠️ There are twenty-three areas of sinful behavior mentioned in [Romans 1:29-31]. This speaks of the comprehensive nature of sin and the
overall sinfulness of mankind.
2️⃣3️⃣⚠️ Being filled (play’ro’o) refers to being “under the influence” or controlled by sin.
2️⃣3️⃣⚠️ Any of these behaviors is possible when you’re controlled by sin. You’re either filled (controlled) with the Spirit or filled (controlled) with sin (Eph 5:18). There is no other choice; there are no spiritual plateaus.
A Messianic Commentary on the Book of Romans, Volume 1, is Sam Nadler's verse-by-verse study of Paul's seminal teaching to the congregation at Rome–and to all who are disciples of Messiah Yeshua today. Get your copy today at www.wordofmessiah.org/bookstore and learn (with the intent to obey)!
