Barrett was born on July 11th 1983 in our nation’s capital, Washington, D.C. Rose High School in May of 2003. He is now enrolled at Liberty University, Lynchburg, VA pursuing his undergraduate degree in Psychology with a concentration in counseling. On August 22, 2002 Overseer Barrett ministered his Initial sermon under the tutelage of his Spiritual Father and then Pastor, His Grace Bishop Randy B

. In February of 2003 Overseer Barrett joined the U. Army (Reserve) and is still currently serving as a Chaplain Assistant at Fort Bragg, NC. For almost two years Overseer Barrett served as the acting Chaplain for the 362nd Quartermaster Battalion in Winterville, NC. Overseer Barrett is currently serving as the Adjutant General for the Perpetual Family International Reformation under Bishop- Designate K. McLean. God has blessed Overseer Barrett with an effective and life changing ministry that will cause a divine turn around in your life. Overseer Barrett encourages the people of God the importance of living an acceptable life for God. It’s the desire of Overseer Barrett to see the people of God to prosper and succeed in every area of life as they were designed to do and for God to continue to use him for his glory.

Now that I’ve had a chance to somewhat get myself together
Let me thank everyone who actually made the sacrifice to attend my episcopal induction and consecration service this past weekend. The ministry of presence is powerful necessary! Thank you to those that sowed. Thank you to those that prayed.

For 25 yrs of ministry all I’ve been known to do is serve and support other’s ministry but July 11th 2026 was the day for me to be served and be supported.

To my family
My mama, my grandma, my aunts, my uncle, cousins, my godparents the way y’all showed up for me I shall never forget

To my friends that traveled near and far(which I hope I tagged all of not the majority) Its good to know where we stand in our covenant

To my Chief Consecrator & Brother Apostle Thomas Ridgley
You were the one to actually put movement to what many have said they were or wanted to do. You said in 2024 when I moved back to DC that you were going to do it and you did what you said you were going to do. You are indeed a man of your word!

To my Co-Consecrator & Godfather Bishop Keith J. Martin since we were coming up at St. Matthews Missionary Baptist Church in Washington, DC I’ve always admire your skill of preaching, your charisma your consistency and your longevity. I appreciate you for adopting me into your family.

To my Co-Consecrator & Mentor Bishop Alan G. Porter your ability to see me in my strong and weak seasons and still show up, be present and make sure I was good for nearly the last 13 years since I moved to Charlotte, NC back in 2014. Your wisdom has helped guide me through this journey.

To my late Spiritual Father Bishop Randy B. Royal The first Bishop to endorse, push and elevate me for that I’ll never forget your pour and impact.

To my Father in the Faith Apostle Aaron McNair I, thank your for picking up where Bishop Royal left off. He said that you have what I needed to go to the next level and take where I needed to be in life and ministry. That held to be true!
