QC Family Tree

QC Family Tree QC Family Tree uses cultural organizing to build community for the common good.

Since 2005, QC Family Tree has been working for justice from the corner of Parkway and Tuckaseegee in west Charlotte. We use the tools and methods of cultural organizing to build power within Black communities, primarily the Enderly Park neighborhood where we are located. We use cultural organizing to work with white congregations and other community organizations to disrupt and dismantle white supremacy.

๐Ÿก At QC Family Tree, we are practicing a shared life. We gather neighbors, listen deeply, and shape plans together rather than imposing them from the outside. We are experimenting with what it means to measure success in trust, belonging, and collective well-being.

๐Ÿ’œ We believe, as Gwendolyn Brooks writes, that โ€œwe are each otherโ€™s business.โ€

To be Here for Good is to commit to the long work of love, place, and people. Help us continue that work. Make a donation today through the link in bio.
