Six months after letting go of what was no longer mine to hold, I was diagnosed with Stage 4 colon cancer. I finally understood that cancer had been present, but I was too consumed by fixing external issues, spreading myself thin, and staying in the familiar, to see it. It's a cell attacking others, and for me, it was a wake-up call.

Shift your focus from the problem to the solution, remembering that He who is in you is greater than he that is in the world. By His stripes, you are healed.
