As we continue our Sunday Bible Study📖 , we create space to go deeper into the Word, ask questions, and gain practical understanding that we can carry with us throughout the week.

One of the highlights from yesterday’s message, “Move Forward” by Apostle Ray McCrea, was the Cod & Catfish analogy.

The Cod & Catfish analogy reminds us that sometimes God allows pressure, pursuit, or uncomfortable circumstances to keep us moving when we might otherwise remain comfortable or stagnant.

An awesome move & an awesome Word📖🙌! Our very own Prophetess Gracie McCrea brought us to 2 Corinthians 7:14, giving us four key ways for believers to stand firm in God while navigating through a polluted and anxious world:

1. HUMBLE OURSELVES — God will lift us up in due time.
2. PRAY — God will supernaturally and divinely intervene because He stands with us.
3. SEEK GOD’S FACE — We find everything we need in His presence.
4. TURN FROM OUR WICKED WAYS — Turn our faces back toward God and away from sin.

And God will heal us! May this be a reminder that we are called by His great name. He will keep us and instruct us in the way we should go. 👣❤️‍🔥

📖 “Seeking His Face, Not His Hand”
2 Chronicles 7:14

“If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.

There is a difference between reading the Word and studying the Word. When we study Scripture, the Word doesn’t just tell us what to believe, it shows us how to live.

2 Chronicles 7:14 gives us the roadmap:
Humble ourselves. Pray. Seek His face. Turn from our wicked ways.

God isn’t just looking for our requests…
He’s looking for our hearts. 💙

This week, make it personal. Self-evaluate. Soul-search. Ask yourself: When was the last time I allowed God’s Word to change something in me?

Don’t just read the Word. Study it. Live it. Let it change you. 🙏🏾📖

Can you recognize God’s voice in the middle of all the noise? 👂🏾✨

Last Rap Session, our youth experienced what it’s like to follow one voice while surrounded by distractions. Blindfolded, they had to choose who to listen to—a powerful illustration of what we face every day.

Pastor Antonio brought the lesson home by teaching from the story of Samuel, who heard the voice of God at a young age while Eli helped him recognize who was calling. The reminder was clear: God is still speaking, and we must learn to hear, recognize, and obey His voice above every other voice.

Thank you to everyone who came out and participated! We pray this lesson continues to encourage our youth to seek God’s voice daily.

Sunday Service Recap 🙌

How beautiful it is when we join together in unity. Every encounter we have with God brings transformation. From prayer and praise to the taught Word of God, the incredible presence of the Lord filled the room and overflowed into our hearts.

The living Word communed with us last Sunday, teaching us that when love is true, it cannot be hidden; it is sacrificial, clothed with humility, and made evident.

We love because God first demonstrated His love toward us. May this serve as our midweek reminder to continue loving one another, even as Christ loved us. ✨🤍
