Coach. Send. To reach people, coach them through the transition from non-Godly sources of fulfillment and strength, into Christ as their one source and send them into the world to Reach and Coach. Approach/System:

(1) Reach new people through attractive, non-threatening events and activities such as concerts, social events, initiatives, and thought provoking discussions which serve to enlight

en people about the sources they are currently PLUGGED into and paint the picture of Christ as one Source. (2) PLUG people into discipleship resources that provide Coaching to transition from the non-Godly sources to Christ as one source and in the process discover their gifting. (3) Facilitate the Sending process of helping newly transformed believers PLUG into various community ministries and organizations (or launch outreach ministries) using their strengths to help others move through the same transition to serve Christ only.
