We are a welcoming and affirming community of faith committed to creating a safe space for LGBTQIA+ members, while encouraging all to live as their authentic selves. PRBC is proud to be one voice among many faith communities in Charlotte that preach a similar message of welcome and inclusion. We celebrate like-minded friends in the Baptist tradition, as well as through our interfaith connections. Additionally PRBC has a longstanding commitment to the ordination of women into all forms of Christian service. Our Denomination Affiliation: In 2003, Park Road decided to adopt multiple affiliations that better represented the diversity of thought, inclusive nature, progressive theology of our church.
