JB3 Ministries James Bailey was born to Angela Bailey on October 30th 1991. There he also served as youth minister and Minister of Music. Titus Thorn.

In 2004 Elder Bailey preached his first sermon Nehemiah Worship Center under the leadership of Apostle Dr. Ann Jackson. Elder Bailey currently serves as Minister of Music at Mount Vernon AME Zion Church in Fort Lawn, South Carolina under the leadership of Rev. Elder Bailey is now the Pastor of New Vine Ministries in Charlotte, North Carolina.Then for two year Elder Bailey.....
