Heavenly Father,
I come to You tired. My mind feels crowded, my emotions feel heavy, and my strength feels low. Some days I don’t even know how to explain the exhaustion I carry. But You know. You see every burden, every responsibility, every silent pressure, and every moment I’ve pushed past my limits just trying to keep going.
Lord, I ask You for deep rest—not only for my body, but for my heart, my thoughts, and my spirit. Quiet the noise inside me. Lift the heaviness I’ve been carrying. Help me release the pressure to do everything, fix everything, and be everything for everyone.
Teach me how to slow down without guilt. Remind me that my worth is not measured by productivity, performance, or how much I can endure. Fill the empty places in me with Your peace. Restore what stress, disappointment, and exhaustion have drained.
Father, breathe fresh strength into me one day at a time. Give me wisdom to set healthy boundaries, courage to rest when needed, and grace for myself while I heal. Let Your presence become my safe place again.
Your Word says in Matthew 11:28, “Come to Me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” Today, I choose to come to You exactly as I am.
