Please be advised that tomorrow, Oct. 26, the Divine Liturgy will not be celebrated. A reader’s Typika service (without distribution of Holy Communion) will be celebrated in the chapel at 11a.m., with the Third and Sixth Hours recited beforehand as usual.

Tomorrow is the feast of the Great Martyr Demetrius, a Greek soldier and martyr of the early 4th century AD., also known as the Myrrh-Streamer from the stream of oil which flows from his tomb in the city of Thessalonica in northern Greece.

Please join us for the celebration of the feast of All Saints. In the Byzantine Rite, this feast is kept on the Sunday after Pentecost, to signify that the work of the Holy Spirit is accomplished in the Church and in the world in the fullest sense in the lives of the Saints.

Vigil will be held this evening in the chapel as usual, beginning with the Ninth Hour at 4:50pm, and followed by the regular services, Vespers, Matins, and First Hour.

On Sunday morning, the Divine Liturgy will be offered in the hall at 11am, preceded by the Third and Sixth Hours at 10:40.

Please join us for the celebrations of the great feast of Pentecost this weekend.

Tomorrow is the last of the five great Saturdays of the Dead, so Parastas will be offered in the chapel at 4:30pm, followed by Ninth Hour at 4:50, and the usual services of the All-night Vigil (Vespers, Matins, and First Hour.)

On Sunday morning, the Divine Liturgy will be offered in the hall at 11am, preceded by the Third and Sixth Hours at 10:40. After the Divine Liturgy, we will have a break for fellowship, and then the traditional β€œKneeling Vespers” of Pentecost.
