The Sew and Sews were established over 20 years ago. 100% of all proceeds raised from sales of their crafts goes towards the building debt reduction of University City United Methodist Church. In 2016 the Sew & Sews reached a milestone of more than $100,000 donated over the 20 years of it's existance. The group meets Tuesday mornings, January through November, from 9:30am - 12:00pm to plan, cut f
abric/materials, sew and work on various other crafts for special seasonal projects. They enjoy fellowship, learning new skills, and often goes out for lunch afterwards. January is dedicated to an annual mission project, which changes each year. WT Harris Blvd., Charlotte, North Carolina 28269.
