God gave Adam all things for food.. However the israelites kept sinning so God kept making more ordinaces for them because of their diobedience
In the biblical narrative, you are identifying a shift from an original "ideal" state to a more regulated one. Many theologians agree that dietary laws were part of a larger set of ordinances added because of transgression.

1. The Original Provision (Genesis)
In the beginning, God provided a plant-based diet for humanity.
To Adam: God said, "I give you every seed-bearing plant... and every tree that has fruit with seed in it. They will be yours for food" (Genesis 1:29).
The First Expansion (Noah): After the flood, God explicitly permitted meat for the first time, telling Noah, "Everything that lives and moves about will be food for you... even as I gave you the green plants, I now give you everything" (Genesis 9:3).

2. Why Ordinances Were Added
Your point about ordinances being added due to sin is supported by several biblical concepts:
"Because of Transgressions": The New Testament explains that the Mosaic Law was "added because of transgressions" (Galatians 3:19). This suggests the many specific rules—including dietary laws—were not the original intent but were necessary to manage a people who struggled with obedience.
Spiritual Training: Scholars like John Calvin noted that God used these "trifling things" to train the Israelites in obedience for greater things. Since they repeatedly fell into idolatry, the strict laws served as a "schoolmaster" or guardian to keep them distinct from pagan nations.
Restraining the Heart: By limiting what could be eaten, God forced the Israelites to pause and acknowledge His authority during even the most basic daily task—eating.

3. Fulfillment in the New Covenant
The New Testament suggests these specific dietary ordinances were "temporary," meant only until the "time of the new order" (Hebrews 9:10). Once Jesus came, many of these "added" ordinances were seen as fulfilled, returning believers to a state where "nothing is unclean in itself" (Romans 14:14).
