In 2010 the Dickson County Ministerial Alliance gave birth to the Dickson County Jail Chaplaincy project designed to provide the Dickson County Jail with an on-site chaplain to minister to its inmates and staff at no cost to the county. The chaplaincy is supported by churches in our county from different denominations demonstrating remarkable unity in the body of Christ for the purpose of his work

in the jail. The chaplain organizes approximately volunteers who provide not only Bible studies, but drug and alcohol recovery classes, parenting classes, adult education programs, Journey to Freedom, and re-entry programs for inmates. The positive impact of the chaplaincy to the overall jail environment has been testified to by the inmates and staff alike. Please pray for this important ministry. Panda Express Fundraiser for the Dickson County Jail Chaplaincy!

Join us on Friday, June 19th, 2026, between 10:00 am and 10:00 pm as we partner with Panda Express to support the Jail Chaplincy. A portion of the sales will be donated to this important ministry. As an added bonus, thanks to Kinsman Redeemer sharing their referral link, they will also recieve a portion of the proceeds- making this a wonderful opportunity to support two great ministries.

Last week, we celebrated the completion of another 6-week session of our Faith-Based Trauma Healing and Domestic Violence classes. We’re so grateful for the impact these sessions continue to have, and we’re looking forward to starting a new 6-week session very soon!
