St. Francis United Methodist Church - Preschool A preschool designed for 2-4 year olds. Based on the theory that "children learn through play," we cr We are a peanut-free facility.

Based on the theory that "children learn through play," we are a developmental program which encourages active involvement and meaningful experimentation. Our program also emphasizes "faith development in our children," helping them to build trust, hope, creativity and joyful hearts. As a Christian church, we place Jesus Christ at the center of all we do. Our preschool hours are Monday through Thu

rsday 9:00am-1:00pm and Friday 9:00am-noon. Class placement is based on the N.C. Public School date of August 31. Winter Weather Reminder: If Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools (CMS) are closed due to weather, St. Francis preschool is also closed. If CMS is on a delayed schedule, St. Francis preschool will operate on a regular schedule.
