✨What if God wants to renew the way you think?

We all have thoughts, emotions, and wounds that shape the way we see ourselves, others, and the world around us.

But what does the Bible say about our minds and our mental health?

And what happens when we bring the places that hurt into the presence of God?

This Sunday, we begin Think Like New—a new preaching series exploring a biblical approach to mental health, using Scripture alongside practical tools to help us understand what it means to renew our minds and care for our hearts.

Because sometimes, a new beginning starts with learning to think differently.

Some days you feel close to God.
Other days, you wonder where He is.

You pray, but nothing seems to change.
You worship, but you don’t feel anything.
You keep asking, “God, are You still here?”

The truth is, our faith can’t depend on how we feel.

Sometimes faith looks less like a breakthrough and more like simply taking the next step.

Keep showing up.
Keep praying.
Keep worshiping.
Keep your eyes on Jesus—even when you don’t feel His presence.

Because God can still be speaking in the silence.
He can still be present when you feel disconnected.

Your feelings may change.

God doesn’t.

Save this for the day your feelings tell you to give up. 🤍

Hearing From God — because sometimes learning to hear Him begins with learning to keep listening.

🛐 Church is more than what we do.
It’s who we become. ❤️

When we worship, we make room for God.
When we pray, we trust Him to move.
When we teach, we pass His love to the next generation.
When we gather around the table, we remember His sacrifice.
When we bring our families, we create space for faith to grow.
And when we listen to His Word, we learn to recognize His voice.

Because faith was never meant to stay inside a church building.

It’s meant to be lived.

So this Sunday, don’t just come to church.

🤩Come ready to listen.
Come ready to worship 🙏.
🫶Come ready to love.

Because maybe God has something He wants to say to you. 👂

✨Maybe God isn’t asking you to do more.
Maybe He’s asking you to get quiet🫶.

We live surrounded by noise—
notifications, opinions, responsibilities, fears, and thoughts that never seem to stop.

But sometimes, God speaks in the quiet.

So take a moment.
Put the noise down.
Take a deep breath.
And worship.

Not because everything is perfect,
but because He is still there.

Maybe what you need today isn’t another answer.

Maybe you just need to be still long enough to hear what God has been trying to tell you. 🤍

Save this for the moment you need to slow down.
And send it to someone who needs a little quiet today.

👂 Be still. Listen. Worship.

What if God is speaking… even in the hardest moments?

There are seasons when we wonder, “Where is God?”
When the silence feels louder than anything else.

Maybe you’re in one of those seasons right now.

Elijah knew what it was like to feel overwhelmed, afraid, and alone. Yet even there, God was present—and still speaking.

Sometimes we may not recognize His voice in the moment. But looking back, we might realize:

“Maybe that was God speaking to me.”

This Sunday, we continue Hearing From God and discover how we can hear God in life’s hardest experiences.

👂 What if the hardest season of your life is not proof that God is silent?

✨What happens when 10,000 students come together with one purpose?

They worship.
They serve.
They pray.
They make new friends.
And they experience God together. ❤️

Our students had the opportunity to be part of Nazarene Youth Conference, joining young people from across the United States and Canada for an unforgettable time of worship, powerful messages, prayer, service, and community.

But sometimes the most powerful part is realizing:

We’re part of something bigger than ourselves.

Different churches.
Different cities.
One God.
One family.
One mission.

We’re so grateful for the memories, the friendships, and everything God did in the lives of our students. 🫶

“One community. 🫶One place to belong.”

Maybe God isn’t silent 🤫 .
Maybe we’ve just forgotten how to listen.

Life gets loud.
Our schedules get full.
And sometimes we get so used to the noise that we stop noticing what God is doing.

But hearing God can begin with something simple:

learning to listen again.

A new beginning.
A renewed heart.
A willingness to slow down and make room for the Holy Spirit.

This Sunday, we continue Hearing From God and discover what it means to listen again.
