✨ A new school year is beginning at Cornerstone School! 📚🍎

We’re excited to welcome our students, families, teachers, and alumni back into our classrooms as we continue building a place where children can learn, grow, and know Jesus. ❤️

Cornerstone School is our church school serving 1st through 5th grade. We may be small right now—with just two classrooms—but we believe God can do big things through a Christ-centered education.

Here, children receive more than academics. They grow in faith, character, kindness, responsibility, and a personal relationship with God.

If you’re looking for a small, caring Christian school where your child can receive personal attention and grow academically and spiritually, we would love for you to learn more about Cornerstone School.

A SABBATH TO REMEMBER — On the final Sabbath of Vacation Bible School, University City Church honored Norma Bethancourt for her dedicated leadership of this year’s VBS program. Lucy Hall, school board chair, and Vanessa Martínez, school principal, presented her with a bouquet of flowers in appreciation, recognizing the church’s gratitude for her time, energy, and love in creating a Christ-centered, memorable experience for the children.

CONNECTING WITH ALBANIA — University City church member, Mark Waugh, recently returned from Albania 🇦🇱 where he along with other church members established a unique coffee shop to share their faith and witness to the young people of Albania. This past Sabbath Mark connected with our Albanian missionaries, Summer and Nathan, who remained in Albania where they will be witnessing and maintaining the “Lighthouse Coffee Shop”.
