We are beyond excited to announce our special guests for our upcoming summer season!

Tom Hanton from THQ, Nicole Revaula from the ALM division, and Carolina Brass will all be joining us this summer. Each one brings an exciting approach to their craft and we are so honored that they will be with us at CWJ. We can’t wait for you to meet them in just a few more weeks! What a great day of celebration and worship!

This past weekend at Camp Walter Johnson was one for the books. Our Spring Worship Arts Festival on April 25th was a beautiful reminder of the incredible talent and heart God has placed in the NSC Division. We couldn't be more proud!

We are very excited to introduce our new Divisional Creative Arts Director, Michael Gilliam! We are looking forward to Michael joining us. Be sure to say hey at Youth Councils next weekend when you see him!

Michael is a lifelong Salvationist who grew up in the Southern Territory and has been actively involved in The Salvation Army’s music and arts programs for as long as he can remember. He has a deep passion for the creative arts, especially theatre and is excited for the opportunity to serve the NSC Division as Creative Arts Director.

First and foremost, Michael loves Jesus and is grateful for the chance to minister through the arts in this new role.

In his free time, you can find him watching movies, building LEGO sets, or riding roller coasters (He’s very excited about Carowinds.)

Michael is looking forward to meeting everyone in the division and beginning this new and exciting journey together!

As many of you have heard by now, Caitlin has recently stepped down as the Divisional Creative Arts Director. Please see the message below from Caitlin. We are absolutely grateful for the impact Caitlin has made in this division in her ministry and love for others:

"As I write this my heart is full and a little heavy at the same time.

At the end of January, I concluded my role as Divisional Creative Arts Director for NSC. This was not an easy decision, nor one made lightly. After much prayer and consideration, Aaron and I believe this is the best step for our family, and I trust that God has been faithful in guiding this transition in His perfect timing.

Serving in the NSC division for the past 11 years has been a meaningful and formative experience, and I deeply appreciate the ways many of you have invested in me whether through encouragement, collaboration, honesty, laughter, service, or friendship.

This isn’t goodbye forever, it’s just a change in how I will be serving in the division. Please pray for Aaron, AJ & Jennifer who will continue diligently and faithfully in my absence. And pray for the person who God is preparing to step into the role of DCAD in NSC. They will have a wonderful future ahead of them, and I know you will welcome them warmly.

I will be cheering you on, praying for you all, and celebrating what God is doing in and through this division. Thank you for the privilege of walking alongside you for the past 11 years."
