Post church lunch is back! 🎉 Now that we are back to meeting in the mornings for worship, our women were able to meet up for Women’s Eats after the service. So nice to enjoy a meal together!

On Sunday in Kids5:29, the children learned from Matthew 5:13–20 that Jesus calls His followers to be the salt of the earth and the light of the world. They even got to wear glow bracelets to represent being the light of the world! Just as light shines in the darkness, Christians are called to make a difference by showing God's love and pointing others to Jesus. We do not do good works to earn God's love or to receive attention for ourselves, but so that others will see Christ in us and give glory to God. This is only possible because Jesus is our true Light! Through His life, death, and resurrection, Jesus gives us new life and helps us shine His light to the world around us.

Praise the Lord for His provision! Sunday was our first worship service in our new space at Regal Stonecrest. While we still have logistics and details to work through, it was great to worship, hear the gospel preached, and be together. See you back at Regal this Sunday at 10am!

We are excited to announce that we have moved locations and service times! We will now be meeting on Sundays at the Regal Stonecrest theatre (7824 Rea Road). We are thrilled to be in the heart of south Charlotte and to serve this community. We hope to see you soon!

Meet Nancy & Cindy! ✨
Nancy is the co-leader of our Welcome Team and has served on the team for 8 years. Nancy says that she loves to make visitors feel welcome as soon as they walk through the door, and she also enjoys getting to see regulars and give her sweet friends hugs!

Cindy is one of the volunteers on the Welcome Team. Cindy says the Welcome Team made her feel accepted and welcomed the first time she visited South CLT Pres, and she joined the team because she wants visitors and regulars to feel the same way she did.

Thanks, Nancy and Cindy, for making our church a warm and inviting place!
