Today, Nolan Xavier Wells should be celebrating his 19th birthday. Instead, his family is still asking the heartbreaking question: What happened to Nolan?

Tonight, we will gather in Biloxi to pray, honor Nolan’s life, and stand united with his family. We will keep saying his name and demanding TRUTH, TRANSPARENCY, and JUSTICE.
