Last Wednesday, a glacier collapsed near the Nepal-China border, triggering a massive landslide and subsequent flash floods. More than a week later, flooding continues to cause widespread devastation across Nepal and the surrounding Tibet region. In Nepal alone, more than 3,000 people have been confirmed dead and more than 1,000 injured.
Mesa Global is praying for our brothers and sisters in Nepal and throughout the region who have been affected by this devastating event. Several partner leaders and ministries in the region have been impacted by the flooding.
Please join us in praying for Nepal:
• Pray for God’s peace, comfort, and protection for those whose homes, livelihoods, and communities have been impacted by the floods.
• Pray for first responders and relief organizations working to provide aid and support to those in need.
• Pray for local churches, ministry leaders, and partners as they care for their communities in the midst of this crisis.
• Pray for an end to the ongoing flooding and dangerous conditions, and for God’s healing and restoration throughout the affected region.
Even in the midst of devastation, we hold fast to the hope of God. Please continue to lift up Nepal and all those affected, praying for His comfort, provision, and healing in the days ahead.
