Tucker’s Grove Camp Meeting begins Aug. 17 and runs through Aug. 27. The schedule is as follows:

Aug. 17 at 6:30 p.m., mandatory meeting of tent owners followed by a blessing of the grounds

Aug. 19 at 7 p.m. – Gospel Singing

Aug. 20 at 6 p.m. –Youth Sunday

Worship is held at the arbor from Aug. 21-26 at 7 p.m. with pastors from area churches leading the worship.

Bible study is held from Aug. 21-25 at 6 p.m. under the arbor with Minister Tony Lynch

Aug. 27 – Big Sunday worship at 11 a.m. (all churches hosting)

Worship at 3 p.m. (all churches hosting)

Tucker’s Grove Campground is at the intersection of N.C. 73 and Beth Haven Church Road, across from Brevard Place Road. Parking is towards the rear. The public is welcome and invited to attend all services.

A variety of food and drink will be available for purchase.

Here's our challenge: Smile when you feel like you have something to smile about, but smile when everyone is trying to figure out why you continue to smile through adversity. Smile until your friends notice the joy within you, go ahead and show through your smile that you are friendly.

As we close out our daily scriptures for men, allow this scripture to direct you into praying that our Men of God are whole. We're praying today that their lives are knitted with Christ, that the unsaved men will come to know Christ as Savior, that fathers, sons, brothers, friends will find their god ordained purpose, that everything they need to fulfil their purpose and walk out their destiny-His hands shall provide, In Jesus Name, Amen.

Allow this scripture to remind us as we pray for men to give the highest priority to praying for the things of the Spirit, as it is the Spirit that brings men to a place of worship and fellowship with Christ, making all the difference in how their mind & body serves them and the Father.

Allow this scripture to guide us into praying for men's health, as God desires that men be in health, even as their souls prosper.

Today's Scripture: "Now may the God of peace, who through the blood of the eternal covenant brought back from the dead our Lord Jesus, that great Shepherd of the sheep, 21 equip you with everything good for doing his will, and may he work in us what is pleasing to him, through Jesus Christ, to whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen." Hebrews 12: 20-21

Allow this scripture to create an atmosphere for praying that men are equipped. Everything they need to walk in His ways, in their homes, jobs, community and places of worship.

Allow this scripture to help us pray for all that our men put their hands to doing for their families, their community, their churches. We ask that the Lord bless those things that they put their hands to doing and make them prosper.
