UBUNTU DAY OF SERVICE 10/8/22

Good afternoon,

This email serves as a reminder of our UBUNTU Day of Service, October 8, 9:00 am. Mulberry Baptist Church, 6450, Tuckaseegee Rd, Charlotte, NC 28214.
We will gather to cut out tags for AC4Ed Christmas Bags to be distributed to the children they serve. Units then choose the number of bags they can fill with a hat, mittens/gloves and an age-appropriate book, take those classroom tags and return the filled bags according to AC4Ed directions. Register to join us by emailing, texting or calling Nancy Ward, [email protected] or (704) 681- 4779. Bring a pair of scissors. If you hold your own service event, notify Carolyn Payne, WNCC UMW ME&I, at [email protected], and tell her where you volunteered and how many ladies participated.

Rocky Mount Ladies--please plan to attend our general meeting on Nov. 1 at 7:00 in the Fellowship Hall. Pastor Josh Hamra will be our speaker! We will have a short business meeting and dessert bar, followed by Pastor Josh's presentation. We are asking all ladies to bring a dessert to share. Look forward to seeing you!
