Investing is something that will benefit you. Whether you are investing in people, information to enable you to do better for yourself, your family, or beyond; it's easier said than done, but the benefits are tremendous.

I want you to consider the investment that was made in you. The ability to have a sound mind. Opening your eyes each morning even though it is not guaranteed; and the ability to thank God for what He has done that is beyond what we should've received.

God is slow to chastise; but when you become accountable for wrong actions, He is willing to restore. He is able to do more than you can ask or even comprehend! Our God is awesome!

These are unique times. As we try to adjust with the change going on in the world; first and foremost, do not lose focus on who is our provider, deliverer, and King. Many are filling the weight coming from many different directions; however, He (our Lord) will provide our NEEDS. Great is our Lord and He shall receive the honor and the glory!

New Heart Ministries is thankful for 2025. There were many challenges in this year and many victories as well. This year coming is a year of refining.

When I lived in Michigan, I worked with a group that managed call centers. As a unit, we did very well and the company began to use us as firefighters. Any department that were not meeting the goals would have some of the group going to that department to bring the standards not only up to par, but above expectations.

How was it done & in a efficient manner? It was a rotation of those understanding the goals would sit with those that had leadership potential to sit with actual leaders in the office to have one on one training. Those that grasped the info were able to apply the methods and then transition into a trainer for the newbies coming on board.

This did not happen overnight. It took time due to everyone's style of learning wasn't the same. Once the group gave a commitment to learn the info and stand on the actions that were correct, success was evident.

The world has changed a lot since those days, but God's Word still works. As we studied the goals of that job & the many others that we tackled as a team. It wasn't about who was the best; it was more of how can WE be our best!

Take this mentality into your relationship with God, your spouse, your children, your co-workers! Foundations that are laid will provide generational blessings!

The holiday season is near, and with it comes the expectation of gift-giving. Reflecting on my childhood, I remember spending Christmas at my grandparents' home, where their small house would be packed with loved ones.

The night before, we would work together to set up tables, chairs, and decorations, transforming their bungalow into a warm and welcoming space. Although seating was limited, and we would often sit together, holding our plates, no one complained. Instead, we cherished the time spent together, filled with love for one another.

As we celebrate the true meaning of the season, let us remember the greatest gift of all – eternal salvation and life through our transition to heaven.

May we continue to love one another with this in mind. Wishing you and your families a blessed holiday season.
