Everybody give it up for Paul & Emily Culver!

Plaza loves this family dearly! They came to us about a year ago and have been fully committed ever since.

If you have a kid in Plaza Kids, we bet you've seen Paul and Emily. They're either holding down the fort in that packed toddler class, handing out snacks in the elementary class, or rocking sleepy babies in the infant room. But the best thing about them? They show up and they show up ready. They are always happy to jump in wherever they are needed. They have been an immense blessing and encouragement to the Plaza Kids team leads and to our staff. We are going to miss them and Jack so fiercely as they prepare to move.

We knew we were only going to get a season with them, but what a wonderful season it has been! They're on their way to San Diego in the coming weeks, but they will always and forever have a home at Plaza.

Tell the Culvers you love them!

Kenan has faithfully devoted his free time to learning and growing as part of the Plaza worship team, and it’s been awesome to watch his hard work show up on Sundays. We’re so thankful for his heart to serve, his humility, and his desire to keep improving and growing in worship leadership.

Big day for Plaza staff! Three staff kids graduated preschool together yesterday and it could not have been cuter! Grateful for a loving church family, a Gospel-centered preschool, and really cute kids.

Who doesn't love this man?! Aaron Bajoie is faithful to serve and he always shows up with a smile. When you enter Plaza's campus, this guy is here welcoming you.

If you have the pleasure of knowing Aaron, serving with Aaron, or being in community with Aaron, you know he loves people, loves the Lord, is faithful to pray, and quick to encourage. He is a gift is any area he shows up in. We are grateful he calls Plaza home!

Our mission in Plaza Kids is "Meet Jesus. Make Friends. Serve Parents." Ashley Harrington helps facilitate that mission every week that she serves in Plaza Kids.

Ashley shows up ready to serve in our K-2 class alongside her husband, Jawon. She shares the gospel every week with the kids in her class through teaching the weekly lesson. She facilitates new friendships as she cheerfully welcomes in guests and regular attendees to her class. She serves parents by creating a safe and inviting space at drop-off.

We are so grateful for Ashley and her love for the kids and families of Plaza! Make sure you tell her how much you love her the next time you see her! :)

Look at these beautiful faces! This week we had twenty-one volunteers serving in First Impressions during the 9:30 hour! What's even better? They came to their huddle. Cue the waterworks of joy.

We are so grateful for a faithful team of First Impressions volunteers whose entire purpose in serving is to make member and guest alike feel welcomed from the moment they enter our campus to the moment they leave.

We love seeing this Serve Team grow in hospitality and commitment! Tell these wonderful people how much you appreciate them the next time you see them!

Volunteer of the Week: Mollie Johncock!

You see her smiling face when you bring your children to Plaza Kids on Sunday mornings. She prints off all those check-in tags (we know. there's so many.) and helps every family feel welcomed and ready for a great morning.

Her kindness and calm presence set the tone for families as they arrive, and she plays a huge part in creating a safe and smooth experience for Plaza Kids.

And this week is extra special—Mollie is about to welcome baby #2! We are so excited for her and her family and are cheering her on as she steps into this new season.

Volunteer of the Week: Shawn Johnston!

This woman is *faithful*. Whether she's leading her community group alongside her husband, Craig, or welcoming you to Plaza from the welcome tent, she is always ready to serve.

We are so grateful to Shawn for her faithfulness and that she's not alone in it. The First Impressions team is full of people like her who make Plaza warm and inviting to members and first time guests.

Volunteer of the Week: ALL OF YOU!

Last night we had a Team Night to top all Team Nights! You showed up, connected with your Serve Teams, you cheered for what the Lord has done, what He's going to do, and oh...you won some prizes!!

It is a joy to serve alongside of all of you who give you time and your talents to serve Plaza. People are the mission. We believe that and we see that play out every week as every single volunteer clocks in and serves every person who walks through these doors with joy, commitment, and conviction.
