February at Blueprint was all about building churches that are both deeply formed and biblically ordered.

In our Foundations Track, we focused on Intentional Discipling: Ethos of a Compelling Church. Discipleship isn’t just a program—it’s the culture of a healthy church. Drawing from Deep Discipleship by J.T. English, we explored how to cultivate environments where intentional, transformative relationships help every believer grow toward maturity in Christ.

In our Framework Track, we worked through Authority in the Church: Biblical Structures for a Compelling Church and discussed how biblical patterns of leadership and decision-making promote unity, clarity, and faithfulness in the local church.

Healthy churches are marked by both intentional discipleship and biblical leadership structures—and we’re grateful to keep building both together.

January was a strong start to the year as Blueprint cohorts gathered to dig into what makes a church truly compelling.

Foundations Track

Cohorts in Foothills North / High Country and the Mountains centered their conversations on A People-Centered Church Rooted in the Word.

Together, pastors explored how Scripture shapes preaching, disciple-making, and everyday church life—and how cultivating a Word-saturated culture forms congregations that listen to, trust, and live out God’s truth with confidence and clarity.

Framework Track

Cohorts in Cabarrus / Rowan, Charlotte, Foothills South, Lincoln / Gaston, and Union / Anson focused on
Stewarding God’s Resources: The Financial Framework of a Compelling Church.

Using Budgeting for a Healthy Church by Jamie Dunlop, leaders discussed financial stewardship not as mere administration, but as a gospel issue—one that reflects biblical priorities, fuels mission, and calls for integrity and faithfulness.

Grateful for the rich conversations, shared wisdom, and steady encouragement happening around these tables. January set the tone—we’re excited to keep building together in the months ahead.

In the Foundations Track, residents dug into Church Membership - why meaningful commitment, clarity, and accountability matter, and how healthy membership strengthens a church’s witness in the community.

In the Framework Track, residents explored A People Who Pray - seeing how corporate and personal prayer shape the culture of a compelling church and fuel its mission.

Two different tracks, one shared goal: faithful pastors and building compelling churches.

This month, our residents gathered to reflect on life and leadership - beginning first in the home and extending into the church.

Foundations Track cohorts considered “The Pastor and His Home: A Man Who Points His Family to Christ,” discussing what it means to shepherd those closest to us.

Framework Track cohorts explored “The Pastor and Self-Awareness: Assessing Calling and Giftings,” learning how God-given design shapes faithful ministry.

We’re grateful for rich conversations, honest reflection, and the Spirit’s work in each gathering.
