Love seeing Blueprint come to life in Cabarrus / Rowan!

Grateful for the pastors who gathered, the leaders investing in them, and the churches making space for these relationships to grow. This is what Blueprint is about: helping rising pastors become prepared, connected, and mobilized for faithful ministry—together.

🚀 Blueprint 2026–27 is officially underway!

This past week, Blueprint cohorts gathered across North Carolina to begin another year of growing together toward faithful ministry.

Our Foundations Track began by focusing on the pastor’s ministry—what it means to faithfully steward the calling and work God has given, while our Framework Track started the year by looking at biblical shepherding and the responsibility of caring well for Christ’s church.

We’re grateful for every pastor and ministry leader who showed up ready to learn, contribute, and encourage one another—and especially thankful for the many people who make these gatherings possible.

Thank you to our speakers, our generous host churches, our partnering Baptist Associations, and NC Baptists for investing in the next generation of pastors and helping create spaces where men can be prepared, connected, and mobilized for faithful ministry.

Most of all, we’re grateful to Christ, the Chief Shepherd, who is building His church and graciously calls us to serve it.

We’re launched—and we’re excited to see what the Lord does this year.

Paul’s charge in 2 Timothy 2:2 gives us a picture of ministry that multiplies: faithful men investing in faithful men who will teach others also.

That’s at the heart of Blueprint.

Over the year, residents will gather monthly with other pastors and ministry leaders to grow in the foundations of faithful pastoral leadership, a compelling church, and a sending church—learning together, building relationships, and being equipped for the work ahead.

February at Blueprint was all about building churches that are both deeply formed and biblically ordered.

In our Foundations Track, we focused on Intentional Discipling: Ethos of a Compelling Church. Discipleship isn’t just a program—it’s the culture of a healthy church. Drawing from Deep Discipleship by J.T. English, we explored how to cultivate environments where intentional, transformative relationships help every believer grow toward maturity in Christ.

In our Framework Track, we worked through Authority in the Church: Biblical Structures for a Compelling Church and discussed how biblical patterns of leadership and decision-making promote unity, clarity, and faithfulness in the local church.

Healthy churches are marked by both intentional discipleship and biblical leadership structures—and we’re grateful to keep building both together.
