This past Saturday we had our Community Fair Day and it was great. I want to give a shoutout to all our volunteers, Mark Crump for the awesome job of face painting, and the Jumpin Jacks Party Rentals for their inflatables. We also would like to give a shoutout to Harris Teeter and Target of Wesley Chapel for their generous donations for our event. We had so-cones, hot dogs, along with drinks and treats as well. We were able to touch people’s lives and the community!

Tai Chi Strength Monday 9:30

I am sending out these sheets
One is a balanced life
One is not so balanced

As we go through September, let's work on where we need more balance

Looking forward to each Monday
