It's announcement Sunday in the Western North Carolina Conference, and I'm pleased to announce that I am returning for another year as pastor of Wesley Chapel United Methodist Church! I am so blessed by these folks and honored to have another year of ministry with them. I’m looking forward to growing our ministries and serving the people of our community.

🌿 Palm Sunday 🌿

Today we remember Jesus’ triumphant entry into Jerusalem as crowds waved palm branches and shouted, “Hosanna!”

Palm Sunday marks the beginning of Holy Week, a sacred time when we walk the path from celebration to the cross—and ultimately to the hope of resurrection.

As we worship today, may we open our hearts to Christ’s presence and prepare for the journey ahead.

Blessed is the one who comes in the name of the Lord!

What a beautiful spring morning. Let's make it an even better day! Please join us for Tai Chi this AM at 9:30 at the church community building. This is not just a church event, this is a COMMUNITY event. The stretching is good for you, the camaraderie is wonderful for us all!! Can't wait to see you. Bring your water bottle, $5, and a band if you have one. If you don't come on anyway, we have extras. Hope to see you soon!!!!!
