JUNE DEVOTIONAL RECAP:
ARISE, BUILD, AND STAND STRONG

Pastor Jean gave an impacting and inspirational devotional. June is the sixth month, and in the Bible, the number six is associated with man and responsibility. Man was created on the sixth day (Genesis 1:26-31), reminding us that God created us with purpose, assignment, and influence.

This month, we especially celebrate the men of God—our fathers, sons, brothers, husbands, and leaders. We pray that God will strengthen them to serve as priests, kings, and spiritual leaders in their homes, churches, and communities.

"Be strong and of a good courage..." — Joshua 1:9

June Challenge: Pray daily, spend time in God's Word, and ask God what He is calling you to build during the second half of 2026.

Impact Statement: God is raising up builders, not bystanders; prayer warriors, not spectators. This is your season to Arise and Build!

Impact Statement: The same Word that saved us is the Word that continues to shape us. If we allow Scripture to become our guide, it will transform not only what we know, but who we become.

Call to Action: This week, spend intentional time in God's Word. Ask yourself: Am I reading the Bible for information, or am I allowing it to bring transformation?

Scripture
"And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind..." — Romans 12:2 (KJV)

JUNE DECLARATION

You are not entering June empty-handed—you are entering carrying the promises of God. What tried to stop you in May will not have authority over your June. Heaven has already declared this a month of Divine Release, and what God has spoken cannot be reversed.

🔥 CHALLENGE STATEMENT

This month, refuse to carry yesterday's burdens into tomorrow's opportunities. Every day in June, surrender one fear, one worry, one excuse, and one limitation to God. Then take one intentional step of faith toward the purpose He has placed before you. Faith is not standing still while waiting for God to move; faith is moving because God has already spoken.

🇺🇸THE GREATEST STORY EVER TOLD IS ONE OF SACRIFICE🇺🇸

Today we honor heroes whose courage became the shield of a nation. They stood when danger rose. They served when duty called. And some gave everything so future generations could live in freedom.

As we celebrate Memorial Day, Pastor Jean and the CAFM Church Family remember every soldier whose life became a testimony of bravery and selflessness.

“The Lord is nigh unto them that are of a broken heart.”
— Psalm 34:18 KJV

To every grieving family:
We are praying for your strength.
We are praying for your healing.
And we are praying that God’s comfort will carry you through every difficult moment.

Today we honor their sacrifice.
Tomorrow we carry their memory.

❤️ Thank you to every fallen hero.
You will never be forgotten.

SUNDAY SERVICE RE-CAP 5/25/26

On Sunday, Sis. Karen Connor brought forth a heartfelt and encouraging word titled: “There Is Still Something to Be Grateful For” Text is: Habakkuk 3:17–19

She reminded the church that even in difficult seasons, God still gives us reasons to praise Him. Sometimes life becomes so heavy that we begin asking questions contrary to what God is doing for us. We ask:
“Why is this happening?” “Why does God allow so much confusion in our country?” “Why do good people suffer?” Yet through it all, Habakkuk teaches us that faith must rise above feelings.

Sis. Karen shared how the prophet Habakkuk looked around and saw trouble, lack, and uncertainty—yet he still made the decision to rejoice in God. She reminded us that gratitude is not based on what we see naturally, but on who God is spiritually.

She also warned the church that the love of many is waxing cold, just as Scripture foretold. She referenced Jude, explaining how people began doing what was right in their own eyes instead of in the eyes of God. She encouraged believers not to become distracted or discouraged by the behavior of others.

Matthew 23:12 was also shared as a reminder to remain humble before God. One of the powerful truths from the message was this:
Don’t spend your life worrying about what you see people doing. Leave everything in God’s hands.

Habakkuk reminds us that even when situations appear barren and uncertain, the Word of God still gives us hope, strength, and stability.

Even in hard times… there is still something to be grateful for.
