The mission of the Church has and always will be to continue to take the Gospel from "Jerusalem" to the ends of the earth (Acts 1:8). However, the problem has been that the Church has historically gotten stuck with building a local expression of the Church only. We love to HAVE "church" but are slow to BE the Church--for all nations (Mat. 21:13).

I want to take a moment to thank those who've supported Stephanie and I as we have been engaged in Apostolic, Cross-Cultural Missions over the past 22 years. I don't want to overlook anyone but shout out to mom (Carolyn Silva), brother (Darrin) and a few other from the Providence River Church and most recently Steele Creek Church of Charlotte for they standing with us.

Some results of your support:

-Travelled and ministered in many of the 19 nations I've traveled to.

-Numerous souls saved, encouraged and restored worldwide.

- (15) International Conferences established for Teaching, training, Leadership development and deployment for service.

-Network of well over 100 churches in Africa.

-Continual Kingdom expansion through Teaching and Church Planting efforts globally.

-Decades supporting (2) Orphanages/Children focused ministries.

-Discipleship Training (Local and Internationally).

- 2023 Lauching of a Bible College & Seminary to help prepare Leader, laity and Missionaries.

And, we are just getting started, to the glory of God!

All the speakers on the platform were sensational. We have found our conferences to be more beneficial when there are diverse viewpoints that lead to to greater understanding and dialogue, and when the attendees leave the meetings with renewed faith and effective strategies for implementation of what was discussed.

This River International Leadership & Missions Conference, Panel Discussion, was interactive and very informative! May the Lord lift the 2025 ILMC Conference to new levels in Brasilia, Brazil next year.
