Praying for the family 🙏🏾❤️

With heartfelt sympathy, the Seventh Episcopal District extends condolences to Bishop Ricky D. Helton and the entire Helton family in mourning the passing of his beloved mother, Mrs. Mary Louise Helton.

We give thanks to God for her life, her love, and the legacy she leaves behind. During this time of bereavement, we pray that God will surround Bishop Helton and his family with His comforting presence, grant them strength for the days ahead, and fill their hearts with the peace that only He can give.

We ask the entire Seventh Episcopal District family to keep Bishop Helton and the Helton family lifted in prayer during this time.

We are praying for the Bishop Ricky Helton and the family in the passing of Mother Helton who was a faithful member of Logan Chapel CME Church.

Pastor Niki Scarboro Spencer spoke from the subject Open For God's Business through Fellowship during our Community Brunch.

We were reminded through Hebrews 10:24–25 that every believer has a place, a purpose, and a responsibility within the Body of Christ. We are stronger together than we are apart!

One of the highlights of worship was our "Encouragement Wave", a beautiful moment as we intentionally spoke life, hope, and love into one another. What a powerful reminder that our words can strengthen faith and build up the Body of Christ.

"And let us consider how to provoke one another to love and good deeds, not neglecting to meet together... but encouraging one another." Hebrews 10:24–25
