Dear God,

Help me to set my mind on things above, not on the temporary things of this world that do not carry eternal weight. Keep me from becoming distracted by what does not truly matter, and help me focus on Your Kingdom and the people You have placed around me. “Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth.” (Colossians 3:2)

Teach me to love people the way You love them, with compassion, patience, grace, and truth. Help me to notice those who are hurting, lonely, or in need of encouragement. Let my words and actions reflect Your heart, and help me to be an ambassador of Your love everywhere I go today.

In Jesus’ name, Amen. 🙏🏾

Great time volunteering our time with residents at The Heaven Assisted Living Facility after church Sunday.

We made bracelets and spoke about how important they are to us. The youth enjoyed spending time with them. Giving back matters. Our seniors need us & we need them.
