Daily Impact: Generation of Seekers

Psalm 24:6 KJVS
This is the generation of them that seek him, that seek thy face, O Jacob. Selah.

There is a generation of seekers- a generation of those who seek after God.

The seekers are not seeking self-worth, self-fame, self-identity, the glorification of self, and everything else for which the carnal self seeks. Rather, this chosen generation seeks after God. They seek His face and His presence. They have found the answer to life’s question: why do I exist?

This chosen generation has heard the call of God to come closer to Him, to ascend higher in Him, and to find Him in the habitation of His temple in the high place.

Daily Impact: PRAYER IS A DOOR

Prayer is like a door. Prayer opens the way into another dimension, another world, a spiritual world, a world that is not tangible but is eternal: a world not seen by the natural eye, yet from which the universe is directed and upheld. I’m not talking about prayer opening doors (even though prayer does open doors), but rather about prayer as a door through which you enter into this spiritual world, God’s world.

I believe 2026 is a year that God is calling His people to prayer. Every significant event in God’s Word was preceded by prayer. Prayer touches God, it moves things in God’s dwelling place, and it changes things on earth. Enter the door of prayer into the dwelling place of God.

Then hear thou their prayer and their supplication in heaven thy dwelling place, and maintain their cause. (1 Kings 8:49)
