A big thank-you to the crew at Burford Electric! Last summer, they replaced outdated wiring at the Haus, and they did it at a low cost that helped us keep more of our funds focused on our day-to-day mission of supporting women in need and their children. Recently, we treated them to a pizza party as a token of our gratitude. Thanks again!

Thanks to PFC Madeline Zane, PFC Caden Julian, and Applicant Breanna Brown from the USMC who prepared delicious meals for our guests Christmas Eve! We understand seven other Marines served with our friends at Matthew 25 in Charleston as well.

We had a beautiful afternoon for our open house. At 3, we gathered in the driveway to bless the garden statue of Our Lady lovingly repainted by our guest, Edna. Thanks to our volunteers and guests for their hospitality!

Many thanks to our local Scouts for their generous book donation project! Thanks to their efforts, our guests (both children and adults) will have access to a much fuller library at Hedwig Haus!
