Blue Horizon Winter Guard is an Independent A winter guard based out of Charleston, Illinois and under the staffing of Kayne O'Brien, Allison Christian, Jacalyn Meisner, and Brian Pastor. Blue Horizon is in it's third year of existence and second year competing in the MidWest Color Guard Circuit (competed in MCCGA first year out). This year also marks it's 2nd year of attending the Winter Guard In

ternational Championships in Dayton, Ohio. Our 2014 program is entitled: And Stars We Shall Become...
We have 13 members and everyone is looking forward to this season. Past shows:
