Big Kick Night 1 was a BLAST! Here’s just a quick snapshot of all the fun that we had at Elkview and DuPont locations with over 200 kids and volunteers! If you missed last night, THATS OKAY! We will have on site registration this evening and camp is from 6-8pm. We’ll see you there!

Big Kick Soccer Camp starts TONIGHT — and we are so excited to kick things off!

Week one runs Monday through Thursday this week (June 1–4) at two locations:

DuPont City Soccer Fields
Elkview (Elk Center)

Sessions are 6 to 8pm each evening, open to kids ages 4 through upcoming 6th graders, all skill levels welcome.

Online registration for DuPont and Elkview is now closed, but you can still register on-site tonight. If you're planning to walk up, please arrive a little early so we can get everyone checked in before camp begins.

Not able to make it this week? Week two is coming June 8–11 at Cato Park on the West Side, and online registration is still open at riverridge.church/bigkick.

We'll see you on the field tonight!

Hey men, just a reminder that tonight is the Men's Hangout -- Pizza and Golf at Larobi's behind the Southridge Walmart from 6 to 8pm.

Come out when you can, grab some food, hit some golf balls, and just enjoy the evening with some good people. We'll be hanging out rain or shine so bring your sons, bring a friend, the more the merrier.

Something about an acoustic set just hits differently. In a world that rarely slows down, there is something almost countercultural about stripping things back. Just voices and instruments filling a room. Acoustic Sundays remind us that some of the most powerful moments do not need much dressing up. Sometimes simplicity is exactly what we need to actually stop, breathe, and focus ourselves on the goodness of God.

Our worship team brought their absolute best this Sunday (as they do every week), and we are so grateful for every musician and vocalist who uses their gifts to create space for moments like these. It is a good reminder that a change of pace is not just welcome, it is necessary. 🙌🙌

Every month, our church comes together and each person throws in a dollar or two. It doesn't sound like much, but watch what happens when a community decides to show up for one of their own.

This month, we got to sit down with Trinity, a hardworking mom of three from Huntington. Her two year old daughter has Down syndrome and a serious heart condition, and this week the family is heading to Boston Children's Hospital for her second open-heart surgery. They'll be away from home for six weeks, and Trinity has been working overtime to make it all happen.

We wanted to come alongside her family in a real, tangible way. So on behalf of everyone who has ever dropped a dollar into the Dollar Club, we handed Trinity a check for $7,636.53 to help cover lodging, gas, food, and everything else that comes with being far from home while your child receives medical care.

We are thankful for everyone who gives and makes it possible to bless amazing people in our community.
