With a history spanning over 275 years, she is among the oldest of congregations of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America. Service with Holy Communion

Nursery is not currently available. Nursery available in Parish Hall during all services. Doodle Bags are avail

able in the back of the church to keep little hands busy: they include coloring books, crayons, books, and stickers!

Yesterday, historian and rare photograph collector Andy House visited St. John's and presented Pastor Harrell with a rare photo of Pastor John Bachman. The photo is personally inscribed by Pastor Bachman with the words, "affectionately your friend and pastor, Jn Bachman." It was taken by Osborn's Gallery, formerly at the corner of King and Liberty streets. The photograph will become part of our permanent collection of archival and historical holdings at St. John's.
