Please visit your local Big Chimney Market or Elkview Supermarket to donate to or take advantage of this fantastic program!

Today we start our Fed Before Bed program from 10am-6pm. Stop by and get a bag for yourself and your family. These bags are available to “donate” by customers at the register for $1.50 each!

*We are unable to give out 15-20 bags to any one individual. The goal is to feed as many as we can each day.

We will be delivering food boxes to the school on the evening of 11/19. Please feel free to drop off boxes at the church on Sunday mornings or Wednesday evenings between now and the 19th and we will happily deliver for you!

As we know Thanksgiving is right around the corner and Elk River Backpack Blessings is trying to ease the burden on our local families with a Thanksgiving break food drive. This box is meant to help fill the gap during the week long break from school.

If you are interested in sponsoring a box you can drop it off on either Nov 18th between 5:30-6:30pm or Nov 19th between 6-7pm at Elkview Middle School (Room 75 in the portables behind the school).

If your family is in need of a box they will be available beginning November 20th at the Elkview and Clendenin Libraries during their normal business hours. Boxes will be available on a first come first served basis.
