Welcome to the IRISH Rumble 5K, part of the 100th year celebration of Charleston Catholic High School. The course is a classic and familiar out-and-back, starting at the infamous LEVEE on Kanawha Boulevard, proceeding to the WV Capitol, then heading back to Court Street. But do not expect your average 5K! As you run (or walk), you will be greeted by hype music, shout outs, and possibly a little IRISH LUCK. This is a family-friendly event — there will be face painting hosted by the students of Charleston Catholic.
Do you have a team or running/walking group? Grab your people and enter the team category! Local artist Ian Bode has created a unique print that will be awarded to winners of various categories: most festive IRISH Rumbler, standard age groups, and various team awards. Special items from area businesses will be raffled after the race, and each runner/walker will be automatically entered in the raffle. You do not want to miss this 5K!

There will be Race Day Registration with a price increase to $35.
The IRISH Rumble 5K is on Saturday September 9, 2023. It includes the following events: 5K Run and 5K Walk.
