This Sunday, we had the privilege of hearing from Sierra Jarrell, one of our owners at Bright City, as she continued our Summer in the Word sermon series through the book of Philippians.

Sierra’s message, “Press On and Take Hold,” reminded us that when we press on in gratitude, faith, and community, we take hold of the joy, power, and reconciliation found in Jesus Christ. 🖤

This past Sunday, Pastor Nick continued our sermon series, Mindful: Think Different // Live Different.

He spoke on foolish thinking and the two types of people who may have been in the room: the one who has become convinced of the pride in their life, and the one who is painfully aware of their past decisions, carrying the weight of shame.

Neither pride nor shame is your identity. God does not withhold His grace from those who walk in humility. His grace is available to everyone who turns to Him.
