Prayer for today:

Gracious God, we ask for your blessings on all who are cold, who are ill, who are in distress. We pray for the safety officers and hospital workers who care for us. Keep them safe from harm, we pray. We give thanks for the warming shelters and their volunteers who serve those who have no homes. We offer this prayer in your holy name. Amen.

Epworth UMC Sunday activities will not be held on February 1, due to the winter storm. Sunday school and worship will resume next Sunday. Stay safe!

We are monitoring the weather which will likely produce snow and/or sleet this weekend. We will make a decision about Sunday worship by noon Saturday. Please be safe, and let Pastor Vivia know if you need anything.

🚨 Immediate Needs: Men’s Winter Items

While it’s been warm the last few days, cold nights are coming, and our clothing closet is low on key men’s essentials:
• Men’s jeans/casual pants (waist 30, 32, 34)
• Belts
• Hand warmers & gloves
• Backpacks
• Boxer briefs (L, XL, XXL, ###L – new in package)
• Jackets & hoodies (especially 2XL–3XL)

Adult men’s items ONLY—no kids’ items, please.

Drop-off: Mon–Fri, 9:00–12:00
