More parking lot nature! I’m not sure how I (Pastor Marilyn) spotted this quarter-sized baby painted turtle on the asphalt, but I did and he/she/they are now inhabiting the edges of the vernal pool/swamp at the east end of the parking lot. How it ended up on the lot, near the entrance, is a mystery! Keys placed for perspective, though my hand probably accomplishes that, too.🤣 Video in the comments. FB won’t allow uploading photos and video at the same time.

We don't always remember to get the word out here, but Beer & Bible meets on the first and third Tuesdays of each month, from 6 p.m. to approximately 8 p.m. The location and topic wanders. We'll try to get better about posting the info here, but you can also ask us to forward your email address to founder and facilitator Paul Gochnour, to get on his alert list!
