Tomorrow, we invite you to join us for our Back to School Prayer Vigil from 12:00–6:00 PM.

Stop by Christ United Methodist Church for a few minutes or stay awhile as we pray for our students, teachers, families, and schools as they begin a new year. Come pray together, participate in active prayer, or simply spend some quiet time in stillness.

Are you a mom of young children who has been wishing for some more mom friends or a community of other supportive moms? MomCo (Mom Community)is returning to CUMC!

Please join us on most 2nd & 4th Mondays of the month, beginning September 14th, from 9:30 - 11:30 a.m. in Building 105 (CUMC’s office building) to get to know other local moms, discuss relevant parenting topics, and support one another as we journey together through motherhood. Childcare is provided.

Please scan the QR codes to RSVP and Register so that we can ensure we have appropriate childcare help and space.

As the new school year begins, join us in lifting up our students, teachers, families, and schools in prayer.

Our Back to School Prayer Vigil will be held Tuesday, September 8, from 12:00–6:00 PM. Stop by for a few minutes or stay awhile to pray together, participate in active prayer, or spend some quiet time in reflection.

As we prepare for a new school year, we invite you to join us for a Back to School Prayer Vigil on Tuesday, September 8, from 12:00–6:00 PM.

Stop by for a few minutes or stay as long as you’d like. Bring your children and pray together, take part in active prayer, or simply spend some time in stillness. Prayer cards will also be available to take with you for someone you’re praying for.

We hope you’ll join us as we begin the school year by lifting up our students, teachers, families, and school communities in prayer.

We were honored to welcome Pastor Ben Williams of Methodist Home for Children to speak at Christ United Methodist Church’s Men’s Breakfast this morning.

Thank you, Pastor Ben, for sharing about the life-changing work of Methodist Home for Children and the hope they bring to children and families across North Carolina. We’re inspired by their commitment to helping every child have the opportunity to grow, heal, and thrive.
