ming church. Binkley is aligned with the American Baptist Churches and was a founding member of ABCOTS (the American Baptist Churches of the South.) Binkley has been an individual congregational member of the North Carolina Council of Churches for many years and more recently the Alliance of Baptists and the Association of Welcoming & Affirming Baptists (AWAB). Binkley is also a partner member of the Baptist Peace Fellowship of North America (BPFNA).

Sunday was for hugs and laughter as we bid farewell to the Rev. Dr. Marcus McFaul. In honor of his 12 years as a Binkley "social gospeler" we announced the creation of "The Marcus McFaul Medical Debt Relief Fund" which will partner with Undue Medical Debt to support our neighbors. Happy Trails, Marcus, and we will never forget that time during the COVID lockdown when you almost burned down the church ;)
