CrossTrail Community Church

CrossTrail Community Church We're a Christ-honoring, grace-filled, Bible-teaching, non-denominational church. Come as you are. We're a non-denominational church in Chapel Hill, NC.

You will experience genuine love within our church community, along with practical teaching to grow closer to Jesus. Our youth ministry meets at 9am on Sundays. Our worship service and children's ministry begins at 10:30am. We partner with Campus Christian Fellowship (CCF) on the UNC campus, which has a midweek gathering on Wednesdays at 6:30pm in the Student Union and other smaller groups through

out the week. Our church has Connect Groups for building Jesus-centered community through the week and Grow Groups for growing in discipleship. We partner with Hillside Church, the Durham Food Bank, and Wegmans Food Market to feed those in need by offering free groceries at our Care Pantry on two Saturdays a month. We would love to have you come visit and have the chance to get to know you!

When Life Feels Like a Wilderness 🌿

Some seasons of life feel dry, uncertain, and exhausting.
You pray, wait, and wonder if God still sees you.

But in Book of Isaiah chapter 40, God speaks hope to weary hearts:
“Those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength.
They will soar on wings like eagles…” — Isaiah 40:31
The wilderness is not the end of your story.

God still guides, strengthens, and restores His people even in the hardest places.

If you feel tired today:
✨ God has not forgotten you.
✨ His promises still stand.
✨ Your strength will be renewed in Him.

Hold on. The same God who created the stars also carries you gently through this season. 💛

Sometimes life takes you from the lush valley into the dry wilderness. And it's not fun. Your faith will be tested.

A new sermon series begins this coming Sunday called Hope In The Wilderness. In this 4-week series from Isaiah 40, we'll discover how to trust God in seasons of weariness, uncertainty, and struggle—and to lean on his strength, receive his care, and anticipate his deliverance.
