Unfortunately, this doesn't always reflect in the tenure of the youth pastor with the average stay of only 18 months. 🥲

We believe youth leader networks are the key to longevity in youth ministry which is why we intentionally invest in youth leaders toward effectiveness.

Keith Seymour here👋 I wanted share an important update about Cutting EDGE Ministries (Edge Clubs and Beyond the Youth Room) and recorded a video breaking down some awesome things the Lord is doing! It's about 15 minutes long so for the "TL;DR" crowd, here are some highlights I cover:

✅ Our goal is for each of our area's 200,000+ teenagers hears the gospel from a friend in the next five years.

✅10X the growth in Student Missionaries! The Lord has enabled us to scale our impact from mobilizing 105 student missionaries in 2023 to 1126 student missionaries in 2024 YTD!

✅We are seeing some incredible discipleship multiplication at a rapid pace (see Sarah's story in the video).

✅ We feel the Lord is calling us to mobilize 10,000 this school year and grow our church network to 1,000 youth leaders.

✅ We are praying for the Lord to provide $25,000 by 10/11 to help us to continue the scaling of our impact.

✅We have a $10,000 matching gift until Friday which means anything that is given between now and then will be matched up to $10k! 🙌
