Good Friday is not a day we look away from. It is a day we stand at the cross and let it tell us the full truth of how far God's love goes. "But he was wounded for our transgressions, crushed for our iniquities; upon him was the punishment that made us whole, and by his bruises we are healed." Isaiah 53:5

-Betrayed, arrested, on trial: Jesus did not call down power to save himself
-Crucified: even in his final moments, he offered mercy to one who asked
-"It is finished" not defeat, but completion. The work of salvation, done.

Lord Jesus, on this holy and sorrowful day, we do not look away. We stand at the foot of the cross and receive the impossible gift of your love. Amen.

On the night before his crucifixion, Jesus spent his final free hours moving toward the people he loved. "If I, your Lord and Teacher, have washed your feet, you also ought to wash one another's feet." John 13:14

-Washed his disciples' feet: work of servants done by the Son of God
-Shared the Last Supper: giving us bread, cup, & Holy Communion
-Prayed in Gethsemane: honest in anguish, faithful in trust
-Loved Judas so completely: that no one suspected Judas; love beyond our imagining.

Gracious God, make us humble enough to receive your love. And bold enough to pass it on. Amen.

Sometimes life feels like that moment… loud, uncertain, overwhelming. Palm Sunday reminds us... Jesus didn’t wait for everything to be calm before He showed up. He walked straight into the noise carrying peace with Him. And He still does the same for you. 🙏
Whatever feels heavy today… you don’t have to carry it alone. His peace isn’t dependent on your circumstances... it’s anchored in His presence. If your heart needs that kind of peace right now, Anchored in Peace was created for moments like this. Link to our devotionals and worship playlists on page. ❤️

What’s been weighing on your heart lately?

Save this for when anxiety rises. Share with someone who needs peace today

Just a Little Something project update: People of all ages gathered to pack 300 additional care bags, bringing our total to 500 bags prepared for our community. Together, we also wrote 500 handwritten cards. These bags are now being delivered throughout our community, simple but sacred gestures of care.

At a time when so many quietly carry anxiety, grief, loneliness, or mental health struggles, a small act of kindness can become holy ground, with the reminder of God's infinite love: You are seen. You matter. You are not alone.

Gathered in worship, sent in love. Thanks be to God. 💜
