"This week I wanted to share an incredible and touching example that demonstrates how powerful and life-changing faith can be. Last year, I heard the story of a woman who was struggling with chronic depression and had nearly given up hope in finding relief from her illness. After praying for healing and spending time with a close circle of family and church friends, this woman's outlook and mental health improved drastically and she finally felt like she was back to her old self again. It's a wonderful reminder of the amazing power of prayer and of the strength that we can find in faith when we open our hearts to it."

The Christian life is so much more than just a set of rules and regulations. It is about living in fellowship with a divine, loving God, and walking in the power of the Holy Spirit. God sent His son Jesus, out of His great love, to reconcile us back to Him and lead us in following His will. Being a Christian is about more than just knowing the Bible or going to church, it is about having a living relationship with the triune God.

Take me, for example. Before I surrendered my life to the Lord, I was stuck in a dark, directionless place. But when I became willfully obedient to His truth, I found hope in the promises of a faithful God. Now, I have a flourishing personal relationship with Jesus, and rely on Him in every situation, big and small.

It is only through practicing actionable faith that we can discover the true purpose and focus that the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit bring to our lives. How can we bring greater glory to God in all that we do?

As Christians, we are comforted and inspired by the belief that God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit are working in our lives. With the Lord’s unwavering guidance, love, and compassion, we can approach life’s challenges with faith and resilience. For example, I remember looking up to the sky during a particularly trying period in my life and feeling a sense of peace that could only come from the Lord. He showed me that no matter the circumstance, He would traverse any obstacle for me.

What ways have God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit provided strength and peace in your own life?

As Christians, we are drawn to the three-in-one unity of God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit; it is only through their presence in our lives that we can hope to find true peace and fulfillment. I can personally attest to the transformative power of this divine trinity, as I can see evidence in my life every day of the miraculous ways in which they guide, nurture, and protect me along this spiritual journey.

No matter where I am on my path, I can always rely on God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit to provide me with insight, comfort, and the courage to face whatever challenges I may encounter. It is my prayer that we all can recognize, appreciate, and lean into this holy union—allowing it to bring out the best possible version of ourselves.

It's always refreshing to hear stories of people demonstrating true faith in God. Take, for example, this heartwarming story of a small church in the Appalachian Mountains. Though the church was “financially burdened” and nearly destitute, members of the congregation began to contribute volunteer time and donate small amounts of money to keep the church afloat. Before they knew it, they had totally refurbished the building and the church was standing proud and strong again. A true testament to the power of faith!

"Did you hear the one about the pastor who thought it'd be a great idea to hold Sunday morning services outdoors? In the middle of the service, it started to rain, but the pastor said not to worry -- God was merely providing the congregation with holy water! May today's reminder be that, in times of adversity, faith can lighten the spirit and bring peace and joy to life."
